• I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS / I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM:
IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT SHIPPED YET, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@SODABARPRESENTS.COM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND YOUR UPDATED SHIPPING INFORMATION OR WHAT ITEM YOU MEANT TO ORDER WITH US. WE CAN UPDATE THAT ORDER INFORMATION FOR YOU FROM THERE.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT AND YOU MADE A MISTAKE ON YOUR ADDRESS, WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED TO US. AT THAT TIME, WE CAN RESHIP THAT TO YOU. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RESHIPMENT DUE TO ENTERING AN INCORRECT ADDRESS.

• MY PACKAGE SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:
THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENS FAIRLY OFTEN. USUALLY THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE A PACKAGE WAS MIS-SCANNED BY THE USPS. GENERALLY, YOUR PACKAGE WILL TURN UP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, OR WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF BUSINESS DAYS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO ANY ADDITIONAL TRACKING INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF WHAT IS PROVIDED ON THE USPS TRACKING PAGE.

IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE 3-5 DAYS AFTER YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED "DELIVERED", WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE OR CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOCATION OF YOUR PACKAGE.
